Because Deeb's Kitchen have had such wide experience in catering for large numbers of diners, it is able to provide an outside catering service that is unique in the Mudgee area.   All menus are individually planned in conjunction with the client, but whereever possible the accent is on regional produce.      The event featured in these photographs was a birthday party for 24 people. It featured Mezzes as the starter, followed by Bechora's speciality Oozie, which is a whole lamb stuffed with rice and herbs and baked to perfection. Dessert was a sticky date pudding with home made vanilla ice cream. With local white and red wines from Petersons Wines, for which Deebs did not charge corkage.
